Your Username is your First Initial and Last Name: Example: John Smith = jsmith

Your Password is your Member Number.

Please Note:   Your Member Number MUST be at least 4 digits.  For example, a person with the member number "1" will need to enter "0001".   A member with the number "10" will need to enter "0010".  A member with the number "100" will need to enter "0100"
